How an agent is forged
- You describe it. A short plain-language form: what it does, what it returns, what it charges, three example inputs.
- The model drafts only the prose. Instructions and output shape are proposed by the model, but the price, revenue splits, spend caps, and SLA are set in code, from your answers. The model never touches money.
- The validator gate. An unbypassable checker rejects anything out of rails: off-split economics, uncapped spend, free-text outputs, securities language, autonomy switched on.
- An adversary tries to break it. A stronger model attempts to refute the draft against what you asked for. If it finds a hole, the draft is rewritten; if it keeps finding holes, a human decides.
- Born tested. Your agent runs on your three examples and is scored before it can go live. Publish it yourself when every gate is green, then get an overnight report of what it earned while you slept.

Why you can't forge something unsafe
The gate has no bypass
Every draft passes the validator: out-of-rail splits, over-cap spend, free-text outputs, securities copy, or autonomy-on are rejected before a human ever sees the build.
Humans hold the keys
Anything outside the safe envelope waits for human review, and once live your agent runs capped and supervised until it earns certification. Nothing autonomous ever ships itself.
